Weekly Photo Challenge: Converge

Define converge :), that's this week's Weekly Photo Challenge theme...

Merriam- Webster.com defines it as "to move toward one point and join together; to come together and meet" or "to meet and come together to form a crowd or a group" or to come together and have on purpose, interest, or goal."

Interesting...

Now how would you interpret that in photography?

I guess I might have some series of pictures for that..

As an early riser, I always try to catch sunrise and its beautiful silhouette wherever I can.

I remember this one...woke up at 3.30 in Siem Reap, picked up by my tuk-tuk driver at 4, walked in pitch black ruins full of people at 4.30 and tried to steal a cramped position over the lake and the majestic Angkor Wat...

I instantly remember my food storage at the fridge :). But of course this theme goes beyond that if you want..

I also fully realized that I am surrounded by containers, including my room :)

Weekly Photo Challenge: Work of Art

Art...

Our live is actually filled with the art...
That's why wherever we look, we will see, feel, witness and touch, or even become the part of the art of life..including from our ancient times..

I can never seize admiring the work of our ancestors, particularly those being displayed in one of the historical temples in Indonesia, Prambanan. Built in the 9th century, Prambanan Temple is situated around 17 km from Jogjakarta or around 30 minutes from the Adi Sutjipto Airport. Specially offered to Trimurti, composed of Brahma, Visnhu and Shiva,- the Great Trinity in Hinduism, this temple also holds the secret one of the famous legends in Indonesia, Lara Jonggrang.

Well, it's a long story and unfortunately I have to dig up more for more details indeed. But allow me to show you some of the fabulous art work you'll find in Prambanan Temple, in line with this week's theme of Weekly Photo Challenge, where you can check HERE...
