Happy Mother's Day

Through pain and glory, bitter and sweet, happiness and sadness, laughter and cry, through tough and joy.. 

Our MOM witnesses each and every step we make, each and every fall we endure, while at the same time whispers her endless prayers to the Almighty for us, her children. 

From our first loud cry and small step, to the moment we enter adulthood and start our own happy family, our MOM will always be there for us, even if it’s in spirit. 

The same strong spirit and wonderful soul that we will solemnly pass to our children. For that, we are forever grateful.

To all wonderful mom out there, especially my very own @sulistianywidianingsih 💜. 

Being a mother is indeed a blessing, a privilege, and an honor for me.

My kids help me make a great mom and a better person and that makes my life worth living for. I never say it is easy to be a mom but we can always try, try and try again.

For me, being a mom is a joyful ride indeed, with an endless mix of love, fun, excitement, worry, weariness, fear, patience and constant surprises. 

And I won't miss it for the world!

WW: Spongebob Squarepants Broadway Show

It was a late post from Mother's Day weekend, but I love to share the fun we had.
We went together to Spongebob Squarepants Broadway show!

It was the last week before Ramadhan and just a day after coming back from Grenada when my family and I headed to Times Square and watched this worldwide famous cartoon-inspired Broadway show. I have been wanting to take Bo et Obi, as well as Udi my hubby to the show and this show was the perfect one for all of us.

It was fun!
We truly enjoyed the way Spongebob, Patrick, Sandy, Mr. Krabb and her beautiful daughter, Pearl, Plankton and Karen, Squidward and his clarinet, and even Gary the snail!
The show is really family friendly with so many great messages like  the importance of friendship, cooperation and family.
No wonder the show was packed with families and kids and it has 12 Tony Award nominations, including for best musical!

Ramadan Kareem
We are blessed indeed to be able to meet the Holy Month of Ramadhan.
This will be our 5th Ramadhan here in New York City.
The last one before we're heading back to Indonesia.
And again, I can never thank my Rabb enough for His endless blessings and rahmah bestowed upon our family.

I have been traveling around lately to Grenada in the Caribbean for work.
As always, I tried to enjoy the little time in-between meetings I have and explored this beautiful country. I will share some more stories about beautiful spots here in the Spice of the Caribbean.

Good thing I did not miss the Mother's Day celebration, as I arrived on Saturday evening and had a little pampering time with my beloved family on Sunday.
