WW: Prambanan Temple, Jogjakarta, Indonesia

Back to Jogjakarta and I just can't miss the visit to beautiful Prambanan Temple, Jogjakarta, Indonesia.

Jogjakarta and Central Java Provinces in Indonesia have long been known as homes of various Buddhist and Hindu temples.

Borobudur, 2-hour drive from Jogjakarta, is the world's biggest Buddhist temple complex, while Prambanan, situated at the outskirt of Jogjakarta Special Region, is an amazing Hindu temple complex with interesting legend.

Enjoy these series of photos first while I'll be back with more stories and videos.
Tell me what you think about this temple.

Wonderful Wednesday with Oh My Heartsie Girls

Second week of September has been beautifully busy for me and my family.
We had a mini family reunion, where my brothers and I, together with our kids, were spending some fun, crazy time at Dunia Fantasi, or Fantasy World, Indonesia' s legendary theme park.

The thereof us :)

Our undying love to scream-and-scream thrilling rides and fun entertainment for kids take us back to Dufan, one of the oldest theme parks in Indonesia.

Istana Boneka, Dufan
A lovely ride in Istana Boneka

As we lined up for Istana Boneka, Arung Jeram, and Galactica, it feels like I turned back the clock as I have been visiting this place since I was in elementary school :).
Aaah..it feels so good to be back home.

Wanna join. me here?

Beautiful Jogjakarta in two days!

Ukiran Jogjakarta

Here are some snaps I took during my two-day working visit to our one and only Jogjakarta.

Batik Jogjakarta
Colourful Batik from Jogjakarta

Beautiful artwork in the Phoenix Hotel, Jogjakarta

Jogjakarta has always been a perfect embodiment of traditional norms and cultures, super friendly people, beautiful rituals, amazing works of arts, gorgeous landscapes and incredible food.

This city certainly has a special place in our heart and I was so blessed to get a chance to be back here again.
I even managed to meet some of my dearest blogger fellows!

So many vintage items I love!
Never get enough of Batik! These ones are handmade...
