I sincerely hope 2018 will be a much better year for everyone.
We stayed at home welcoming the new dawn since NYC was dangerously cold at that time!
I was warmly cuddling with my kids as my hubby was on his way back home to meet his ailing father.
We are still mourning for our loss as my father-in-law, my kids' Datuk or grandparent in our local dialect, passed away on the 2nd of January 2018.
May Allah SWT keep his soul in his jannah.
