WW: the Enchanted Lawang Sewu, Semarang, Central Java

"As one thousand doors await, open yours to let the good things step in"

Some snaps I took from my previous visit to Lawang Sewu, or literally means one thousand doors, back in 2013.
Three years ago?
Indeed.
And I miss my homeland and its timeless beauty more than ever.

Some great blogging friends of mine reside in this beautiful city and it reminds me of tons of photos taken while visiting this remarkable place.

One cloudy day, one magnificent building and one unforgettable visit.

welcome to Lawang Sewu

every corner is a beauty

Famous for its "thousand" doors

And magnificent structure

The stained glass windows are still in excellent condition.

love the intricate details
