Going back
home is always thrilling….at least in my case :D ..
Living away
from home will give you the exposure to new cultures, values, habits,
languages, encounters, and soooo many more. It might change you, a lot or just
a bit.
I know old
habits die hard, but still…when you go back home after a while, you will find
some amazing and amusing facts about your beloved country…
It is a never-ending
adventure to me…
Here are some
of my scribbles …my humble notes about some facts I (re)discover in my lovely
town Jakarta…
First, bajaj

Yuuup, bajaj :D…
You know what bajaj is? Some call it auto ricksaw…the
original one in Jakarta is orange, and noisy :D…but now we have a quieter, more environmentally
friendly blue one as well….

This traditional vehicle is indeed one of my fave
modes of transport…cheap, fast, and adventurous (on the last note, it’s really
a fine line between a thrilling ride and reckless driving :D).

But to me, for a short drive, they are indeed very
handy, as traffic is not really a problem as the drivers are soooo good at
manuveuring their bajaj (but most of the time on the expenses of other people
honking their horns :D) …all in all, I, err we, love bajaj :D…
Well, I will
surely come back with more notes on my adventure in Jakarta…
